Notice of Public Hearing

The document states what code changes are being made and when the public may appear to voice opinion. 

 As is clear from the attachment, major changes include:

+Amending the definitions of "Member of the Public",  "Occupational Dose", and "Background Radiation". 

+Adding the definitions: "Critical Group", "Decommission",  "Distinguishable from background", and "Residual radioactivity". +Adding a statement to indicate that non-NRC licensees are to provide 3 days advance notice to NRC of activity in areas under exclusive federal jurisdiction within NYC.
